Yeah, OP could definitely do worse.

Apparently there's some speculation that "caerulean" might be derived from "caelulum"--a diminutive for "heaven" or "sky."

Since Celia comes from the same source, maybe OP would rather use that instead, if she ever had occasion. People are reviving all those pretty, old-fashioned names.
