This. I really liked Book of Life (possibly more than Frozen, but that could be due to the massive hype backlash) but Maria vs. Anna and Elsa is not a comparison that comes out in Maria's favor. She's just not very compelling - but apparently it's supposed to be a trilogy, with a movie each for Manolo, Joaquin, and Maria, so we'll see where it goes.
