Hmm...I like 'implied relationships' because they allow the fans to explore and use their imaginations. Not to say I don't like canon ones (and wouldn't like there to be more canon, established queer relationships), but canon makes it so...'final'. Like, shipping alternate pairings becomes so "you're delusional" instead of "wow - that's one way to make that work", you know?
