So browsing this fashion site, I found this girl who I think looks exactly like Elsa from Frozen would look like IRL. Even more so that Georgina Haig from Once Upon a Time.

I went to school with a guy who was pretty much Frodo's mirror image. I saw him at a reunion, and it's actually even more pronounced now that he's an adult.

There's apparently was a model that looked similiar to Trowa Barton. Can't find the image. It's an old one and while it still circulates, I never saved it.

Lucy Lawless (also known as Xena) looks kinda like Khavi from Elfquest. Adrian Paul (also known as Duncan Macleod of the clan Macleod) reminds me of Doctor Strange. The kids in One Direction look like Disney princes.

There was a guy who used to shop at the grocery store where I worked who was a dead ringer for Mark Pellegrino. And he only started showing up (or at least showing up during my shift) while the last season of Lost was airing, so that was a bit disconcerting.
