Heh, I didn't have any friends into Star Trek until middle school (by which point I liked DS9 best and she liked it least), so you'd have been welcome!

But when we played Starfleet Academy, I was really too little to have seen a whole lot of the series. It's entirely possible that it began with me just bugging my sisters while they were playing, and wouldn't want to do "training" or whatever else they were doing and they came up with me being a baby Q as a way to include my interrupting nature. ;)
