Most of the other characters and stories have been neglected.

You're not wrong, but I guess that's part of why I'm enjoying it, besides that I'm genuinely enjoying Elsa and Anna (and Kristoff!) I don't care about Regina and her Robin drama (I almost gagged when Robin confessed his love for Regina over his wife's frozen body) or her book drama. I have no interest in watching Rumple continue to lie to and manipulate his clueless trusting wife. Meghan Ory (Ruby/Red) sadly appears to have left the show completely, judging by how we haven't seen her once this season. And Ginnifer Godwin just had a baby, so I'm thinking that's why Snow hasn't had much to do. So I'm just enjoying watching Emma and Elsa and Anna's adventures. And while it might be sidelining the other characters, I think it's given Emma more focus, which I think was needed. *shrugs* Just my feelings on it though.

Fair enough. Emma is my least favorite character who gets more than enough focus as it is, in my opinion. I understand that she is *gag* the savior, but the show is at its best when they recognize it's an ensemble with a rich cast of major and minor characters that can be explored. Also, I was not a huge fan of Frozen to begin with, so I was probably never going to love what they did with it on the show even though I was willing to give it a chance.

I don't disagree with that but sadly I think that show was left behind in season two, maybe even season one. Of the core characters that the show seems to be interested in focusing on, I really only care about Emma and the Charmings. Not so much Regina and Rumple. But if you're not fond of Emma, I can definitely see why this arc wouldn't appeal to you.
