"She" was used in referring to them - it's not exactly the same thing, of course, but I thought it might be kind of a useful mnemonic. If not, never mind. :)

Ahh yeah sorry to come across pedantic. XD I guess in theory it's not tough to understand, nouns are grouped in three categories that affects the grammar, but the concept of assigning "gender" still boggles me. Like, who decided that. I'll keep the ships in mind though. ;)
