I'm pretty sure the fic writer they're talking about is Variant, who's gotten like 14k hits on an ongoing Waylon/Eddie story. I don't know the names of the big fanartists or anything else.

I don't know, a lot of people think he's super hot and are into the kinds of kinks they can derive from that whole sequence. Then there are a few who think he's just a big loveable dork at heart and can be reformed, and there's a lot of handwaving about his backstory. It's nothing new, really.

It is popular, with like 8k hits versus 14k and a lot fewer comments and kudos. It seems like there's way more excitement about Eddie/Waylon than Miles/Waylon.
