616 vs MCU

Honestly, though, 616 has been steadily destroying Tony's character for how many years now? It's hard to ship anything current over there without it being the angstiest shit you've ever read.

MCU on the other hand, yes the guys didn't get along great in the Avengers, but they seem to reach an understanding by the end, and it was an easy bit of further reconciliation in fics to get them in a relationship.
