Seem rather more complicated a conspiracy than it needed to be.

Why would you pay someone to send anonymous hate? It's the internet. You can do as much hate as you please.

Presumably, by paying someone else, if anyone does get outed, it's them for actually sending the threats.

I dunno, that seems riskier to me. I'm going to do something morally questionable? Something I can't have people knowing about? The First thing I'd do would be anything other involving someone else in it. Particularly someone who had demonstrated an proclivity towards being morally questionable for money.

Further to this showing additional proof of the existence of "Evil Men" is quite redundant at this point.

We're throwing rape threats out there, we do not need someone framing our gender as evil, we're doing a damn fine job of things ourselves.
