my sister and I used to joke about this. I went, everything new people try seems to taste like chicken. What doesn't taste like chicken, then? And then she shouted, PLOT TWIST! Chicken does not taste like chicken!

Haha, they don't all taste like chicken. But the alligator I had didn't really have a ton of flavor of its own, to be honest. It wasn't bad or anything, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it again.
