Re: This is how it really ended and you can't convince me otherwise

Hinata finally ousts her father and establishes herself as an heiress that abolishes the bullshit of the split families

Really wonder if the movie is going to explain what became of Hyuuga's treatment of the second branch in the new era. If it doesn't, it'll be yet another point in the "Talk Shit About Peace and Rainbows Without Demonstrating Actual Efforts" section of the manga.

I forgot how disappointed I was over the treatment of ANBU. Starting out as a badass shadowy squad specializing in covert ops and assassination, and the only people qualified to guard the Hokage and take on high-risk missions, then eventually turned into fodder and vanished entirely towards the end. Grah.

I doubt it. The movie's about Hinata's sister getting kidnapped and Naruto and Hinata going to rescue her. Yeah, I will be surprised if it touches on anything substantial like that.

I'd rather have a miniseries focusing on the ANBU than the what we're getting next year. It would be far more interesting. God, Naruto has such an interestinh world, but Kishi does nothing with it.
