Yes, please, OP - for those of us who haven't read the book.

Not OP, but I suspect they mean the character designer's remarks about Leslie. Don't have the scan but he admitted that he doesn't understand the character or his motivations, or what the ultimate point of him was, other than to annoy the player. Which is not only annoying to Leslie's fans, but Leslie himself is a hugely important character, so admitting no thought went into his backstory is pretty terrible.

Also, Leslie is severely autistic, so there's that.
