Yeah, but my point was sort of that I'm not losing it too quickly - I'm doing it rather slowly. It's like everyone with an opinion (and without a medical degree, of course) wants to give you medical advice about your body..

And I'm overweight enough for it to have started causing medical issues, which is why I'm losing weight in the first place.

I agree with this. Your last sentence just bugged me since it seemed to imply that losing weight is always the healthier option than being even a little overweight, which is an attitude I've seen a lot. Too many people want to simplify this stuff when it's highly personal and dependent on a lot of factors.
