Wow, this whole GamerGate thing is just so depressing.

And now the front pages of the mainstream papers are full of how gamers are childish rape- and death-threateners and it puts back the image of anyone interested in this simple escapist hobby back 30 years.

I'm just sick of the whole sordid spiral. Right into old sickening territory. If it weren't actually true, I honestly wouldn't be able to believe it.

I've stopped commenting on all video games forums as death threats are just the opposite of fun.
