2. I haven't heard anything about bashing characters, but I have heard a few people complain about the English GS4 names, which I don't get. They don't seem any more ridiculous to me.

2. It's probably just because we've had more time to get used to the Japanese names than the English ones. I mean, when the first one came out, not a whole lot of people were as into it as there are now, and the ones that came in late in the game already knew the characters by their English names, so there wasn't much complaint. But since we've known Odoroki's name as Odoroki for so long, I think it just caught people off-guard.
