All of the things said by the previous anon. For me, it comes down to this: Sakura becomes the worst version of herself whenever Sasuke is around. All the things she changed about herself that had gone a long way in earning her more popularity with the fandom? They go right out the window the moment he shows up. It's actually amazing. Other characters pull their fair share of dumb Sasuke-related stunts as well, but I also don't advocate any of them breeding with him.

The Sasusaku fandom is alive and well tho, Sakura's never been more popular than now.

You might want to read the manga starting from volume 66. So many awesome Sakura moments, despite the fact that she's understandably surprised and wary about Sasuke suddenly showing up. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I know of that awesomeness... which is exactly why their last scene in the penultimate chapter is so aggravating. That there is precisely what I mean.

??? You don't like that Sakura's blushing while asking to accompany Sasuke? I'm not sure how that ruins her character development. He's the guy she loves and he's leaving Konoha for an indefinite amount of time. Sakura's not desperately begging him to stay like she was 13.

I didn't really like the scene myself, but that was because I was sick of the parallels that had been stuffed in the chapters after Kaguya's defeat. I wish that Kishimoto hadn't passed up on the opportunity to have Team 7 do team stuff outside of battle. Instead we have to have a parallel to when Sasuke left the village the first time, but with Sakura and then Naruto sending him off. (And a parallel with the forehead poke.)
