I must say Bucky as well, because we've talked about him (and Cap, and the MCU in general) so much in the past that it would be difficult for me to separate him from your username. (And icon, of course!)

But you seem very reasonable and level-headed too. Calm. So there's that.

Ha, it's funny how that works, because Bucky has been my icon for a minority of the time I've been on F!S in the grand scheme of things, but I might be keeping him.

And thank you for that last part. I'm still sometimes surprised people see me that way, but I take it as a huge compliment.

I know! Icons are so hard to shake once you upload them, though. It can be difficult for people not to associate them with you.

Hmm, well I can't recall you getting angry, and you respond calmly even when you strongly disagree, so either I miss your rage or you don't show any. (Which is not the same as not having it, I know.)

I think the icon sort of suits me, so I'm sticking with it for now.

As for the other part - I don't think I've gotten really angry on F!S in years, so no - no secret rage you're not seeing.

It's more about how that perception confronts me with how much I must have changed as a person over the years. This would be dating from my pre-F!S days, but it's funny how you don't often see that change yourself - if that makes sense?

Somewhere in the past there's a girl who'd shake her head with bafflement at that description.

I completely understand. Change can be slow, and when it comes you don't always notice it until later. Then you look back at how different you used to be and feel amazed at the difference time/experience/etc can make.
