I guess it could be trolling, but I don't really think it is. They aren't implying that it should still be classified as a mental illness, they're just wondering what caused it to stop being officially noted as such. I think it's an interesting topic

it's the adding of "was it because of political pressure?" that makes me think troll. That and not actually adding any other explanation to it.
