Oh no I loved Mass Effect and was one of losers weeping bitter salty tears over ME3's ending and going full Indoctrination Theory is the trutttttthhh for a while.

I'm so glad I wasn't wrong about that. (I did the same thing. It's embarrassing remembering the nights I stayed up reading Indoctrination Theory threads on BSN, telling myself "BioWare has a plan".
