OP: Thanks.

I'm in therapy, but the sessions didn't line up with a fairly bad spike, resulting in the secret. You pretty much got all of the problems right, and it's kind of a relief to see a sane perspective on the complications. Thank you. Sincerely.

I just got done getting schooled about this re: my depression. You have to respect and trust the Annas in your life to make the decision whether they want to build that snowman with you or not.
