I just googled her and I'm not sure what you're talking about, she looks the same in photos. When I had a body shape like that I was about 15 lbs over a healthy weight for my height. Whether you want to believe it or not, that's chubby.

Everyone's body is shaped differently. There are people who look like that who aren't overweight.

when you have visible chub, you are chubby. just take a look at her upper arms in photos. people who aren't overweight don't have arms like that.

airt seemed to be talking about BMI, and BMI-wise, you can absolutely have arms like that and not be overweight. You can absolutely have visible "chub" and not be overweight. I have visible "chub" around my midsection, but I'm still a good 20 pounds away from being overweight, according to BMI scales.
