That's a good fifteen pounds heavier then I was eight months ago.

Still thirty pounds off my target weight.

(the target being, references not including 'slender' in them)

Uh... more weights and more brotein. That's all I've got. I too am about 15lbs heavier than I was eight months ago through 1) eating more, 2) way more pull ups, and 3) doing calf raises and lunges weighted instead of just doing them.

Oh yeah, what I need to do is simple.

Just a gigantic pain in the arse.

I just have better things in my life to be doing then spenidng all day eating. Probably need to give in and start using gain shakes.
