I've been feeling guilty about everything. I can't do anything because I have some reason to feel guilty about doing that instead of something else. I feel like I do nothing but waste money without giving anything back but I have no way to make money that doesn't require some other way of bothering other people (e.g. needing rides to work if I was miraculously hired by someone).

Also, I hate the lab part of science classes. It doubles the amount of time I need to spend in class without doubling the amount of credit I get, which means there's less time in my schedule for other classes I need. Plus I'm just not a hands on person. I will gladly read theory for hours instead of doing this stuff myself.

I hear you on this: "I feel like I do nothing but waste money without giving anything back." Been feeling that way myself, lately.

But I am the polar opposite of you - much more hands on, minimal theory. I like to think, though, that the world needs both types of us people to keep on turning. So you keep doing what you're doing, and I'll keep doing what I'm doing. :)

Sorry, anon, I still like my life. If doing something useful is important to you though, you might want to find a new hobby. You're not very good at giving advice.
