But...they don't represent feminism to the general public. I've never heard of most of the crap that people like you dig up. The vocal majority that I hear in my day-to-day life are people who think things like, women should be paid the same as men, and women should have control over their reproduction, and rape is bad, and domestic violence is bad, and rigid gender roles hurt men as much as they hurt women. I only ever hear about these psychos when I'm on sites like this one, from people like you who are trying to prove a point about feminism being bad.

But those aren't the people representing feminism to the general public. I'm a feminist and I'd never HEARD of the incident in your linked article, because that article was on a right-wing anti-feminist site that goes looking for things to get mad about, no matter how obscure or oblique. THE EXAMPLE YOU CITE ACTUALLY DISPROVES YOUR POINT.
