Yeah, he's cocky, but you're supposed to find it endearing or something. I never liked cocky, arrogant people and find him pretty annoying.

He is cocky, but he's apparently really good to work with and he'll have your back. That's more why I don't have a problem with him. He does well by his costars and his staff, and that's more than can be said for a lot of people in Hollywood.
