This would've been true in the early 90s, but unfortunately, it's not true now. The GOP has had its more moderate and reasonable members forced out, muzzled or marginalized in favor of wannabe Tea Partiers. It's now the party who opposes anything they think is related to Obama in any way, the party who is against gay marriage, universal healthcare and basic healthcare for women.

Does every single Republic fit that description? No. But if that's what you want to identify with, then you're part of the problem.

Heh. I bet you also say that generalizing feminists with the loud, crazy ones is GROSSLY INACCURATE (and prob misogynist).

Yes, I do. Because the feminists who aren't "loud" and "crazy" make an effort to clarify their position as well the definition of "feminism", i.e. it's not a generic label for women who hope all men die in a fire.

In contrast, how many Republicans do you see standing up and saying, "I do NOT agree with my party's decision to deny basic civil rights to gay people" and "I do NOT agree with my party's decision to oppose affordable healthcare to every American" and "I do NOT agree with my party's decision to brutally undermine funding for women's health and deny women autonomy over their own bodies"?

RDJ supports gay rughts, so, I guess one.

*CRITTICAL HIT*

I'm... supposed to be impressed by one? Yeah, that's not at all a depressing commentary on the state of the GOP. I guess you showed me.
