Ducky/Gibbs or Vance/Gibbs is pretty much all I can do re: Gibbs/Team (although I have read the occasional Gibbs/DiNozzo that worked for me).

I pretty much read Gibbs as maxed out romantically after Shannon, and it's hard to sell me on any relationship for him.

I wish McGee/DiNozzo had become the juggernaut pairing instead.

If it makes you feel any better, Micheal Weatherly and Sean Murray seem to be on the McGee/DiNozzo bandwagon to an extent. Personally, I think they have the best chemistry of any other two characters on the show. I'm not much for shipping in that fandom, but I'll admit I dip into McNozzo now and then.

Speaking of dipping...

I'm a HUGE NCIS fan. Do you have any reccs that aren't ENTIRELY OOC for McNozzo? I mean, c'mon, those two are awesome together!!

I dunno, I think I just see McGee as too...vulnerable to pair up with someone like DiNozzo...even if they are HILARIOUS and adorable to watch interact on the show. It's kind of brotherly...though I could almost see how it could turn experimental...

ahem...so...yes, reccs? For science?
