I think one of my favorite Spock and McCoy episodes is the Immunity Syndrome, where Bones spends the entire episode being worried about Spock going on a dangerous mission in his tsundere way. And before Spock leaves McCoy and Spock keep looking into each other's eyes and Spock asks McCoy to 'wish him luck', and then Spock leaves while sad violin music plays...

... And then, when Spock is already gone and can't hear him, McCoy says "Good luck, Spock".

Immunity Syndrome is so one of my favourite episodes.

..And then when Spock is in the ship and going to do something very dangerous, and over the comm to the bridge he says (as his possible last words) "Tell Dr. McCoy he should have wished me luck"

Yes, such a good episode.

I spent so much of this series thinking "It wouldn't kill the two of you to admit that you love each other! You offer to die for each other every other week as it stands!" They just ... oh, they're the ship of my heart. They really are.
pantswarrior: Spock and Bones go "WTF". Unsurprisingly, at their captain. (wtf)

Oh man, yes, I could gush about that episode, and that scene in particular, just about forever. And then the way Bones reacts when they discover Spock's NOT dead, and Kirk's just like "hahahah you're not fooling anyone"
