Serious reason: straight men are marketed to in a much greater proportion than other people, and you just want the proportion leveled out. That's a perfectly valid view. At least, I hope so, because it's the one I hold.

And, god, I love that art series.

An Israeli artist (forget his name).

What's so compelling about these pictures is that they are highly sexualized the way women usually are for the male gaze.

I'm pretty sure these are sexualized for the male gaze, too. Just the gay male gaze rather than the straight male gaze.

I've heard people claim a lot how women are sexualized for men is different than how women are sexualized for women, so I'm a little surprised that you're claiming that these sexualized dudes are also here gay dudes. Not that they can't appeal, but I get the feeling that what gay dudes and straight women generally like in their men can be pretty different.
