As pointed above :
- Wednesday painted her nails
- she disguised as her mother for Halloween
- it's likely that she would pick up make-up clues from Morticia as she grew older

So really, I don't see why you're so adamant that Wednesday would never, ever wear black lipstick.
Looks like headcanon to me.

TBH, what with her nails being painted red and Morticia rocking red lipsticks/nails as well, I think Wednesday would more likely wear red lipstick over black lipstick as she grew up.

That said, OMG IT'S RED LIPSTICK VS BLACK LIPSTICK. THE HORROR.
