It is -- Awful Hospital, by Bogleech. The site is at http://www.bogleech.com/awfulhospital/intro.html . Basic premise: a woman is at her wit's end from trying to save her terminally ill baby. One night, she wakes up in a strange, gruesome hospital inhabited by a variety of monstrous patients and doctors, each more grotesque and insane-seeming than the last. And her baby's supposedly somewhere in there, too... and she's got to find it and get out of there. It's kind of disturbing, but really good.
