I just feel bad for that cat. Cats can't understand media onslaughts.

They're using a puppet for the cat for a huge chunk of the movie. I don't think Tardar had to do much but be held and sit there occasionally.

I bet Tardar Sauce (Grumpy Cat) is actually a quite happy and content cat who patiently puts up with the photos and videos if she is allowed play and lie around as she wants (yes, Grumpy Cat os a female - she's also still quite young, being only 2-and-a-half years old).

I'm not so sure... I work in a bookstore, and they dragged the cat in to "sign" that Grumpy Cat book (i.e. stamped a bunch of them with a pawprint) back when it came out. She's super tiny, and just looked so overwhelmed by the entire experience, and I felt sorry for her. Considering she seems to constantly be surrounded by an entire team (seriously, it was an actual entourage of at least 6-8 people) of horrifically obnoxious, anxiety-inducing people, I can't blame her. Poor little thing.
