It depends on the piece of classical music, of course-- an entire concerto won't get stuck in the head, but a particularly catchy snippet might. Think anything that's been used in a Bugs Bunny cartoon, for example. I've definitely walked around with bits of classical music stuck in my head that have been every bit as earworm-y as the stuff I hear on the radio, but yeah, it's definitely never the whole thing, usually just the 'famous' part.
