I see it like this: The only reason it's "acceptable" to bash his looks is because he's a cis white able-bodied male, every group that is privileged when it comes to appearance not being used against them. But this implies that if everyone gained that privilege (which is supposedly the ultimate goal of social justice) then it would also be okay to bash them for their looks. That's not a very noble goal.
