Of course a person attracted to women can describe them in a non-sexualized manner, but why would they have to? I'd say it's pretty normal for people who are sexually attracted to either gender to notice if the members of this gender are sexually attractive when meeting them. If you are uncomfortable with sexualized description and so avoid describing women in this way, it is your choice but no one else's obligation.
