Guy accidentally wakes up an elf (from eternal sleep or something) and the battle of good vs evil commences. The girl main guy was having UST with gets involved too, hooks up with the elf, and then threesome follows. One of the better parts of the book is how the main character is wildly attracted to both of them and deals with that (maybe not as well as I would have liked, but there was never any 'no homo' nonsense.)
