man, I feel bad for her.

Everyone goes through that annoying teenager phase, hers was just a lot... louder than most. She was easy to make fun of and easy to work up, and her art was very recognizable, so it became this really popular thing to rag on her. Even now, what... 10 years later? that reputation still clings to her.

Honestly, I have no idea what she's like now, if she matured or not. But yeah, I always felt bad for her.

Yeah, she's publicly said many times that she regrets it and was very young, but people still treat her like she's going around bullying and throwing her weight around. She isn't even in fandom that much and people are threatening to expose her past to editors and people who might hire her to blackball her in the industry. It's sad, really.
