(Anonymous) 2014-11-25 12:10 am (UTC)(link)There's also, for me at least, a general distinction between the kind of language and structure necessary for a decent fic and the kind necessary for general fandom communication. Sometimes, if I'm just enthusing about something within my fandom, the kind of syntax I'd use for fic is just overkill and far too serious.
I've never used any of OP's examples though, so I'm fairly sure they're not talking about me.
