Yeah, I mean, obviously this should be discussed between the person and their doctor if it really is unhealthy.

But no anorexic was cured by someone who told her to go eat a sandwich, just like no obese woman lost weight because a random stranger mocked her for eating a burger on the street.

Often an unhealthy relationship with food is tied to psychology, and accepting yourself goes a long way towards psychological well-being.
