Skinny chick here. When I first watched the music video for this song, I was a bit offended, and maybe it is "skinny shaming." But you know what, now I'm not even mad. In real life I get compliments on my body type and the clothing sizes I can fit into all the time. (I don't even exercise, I just have a high metabolism.) Skinny shaming obviously exists, but it's nowhere near as harmful as the body shame heavier people have to put up with.
Also, as someone who struggled with anorexia as a pre-teen and teenager, even though I myself was still thin, a song like this might have helped me.
tldr: I don't know, I think it is "skinny shaming" but I just can't be mad about it.
