Would it be acceptable to say "fat bitches" followed by "just joking?" People would pitch a fit if a song had lyrics like that.

Well "fat bitches" has a lot more baggage than "skinny bitches", frankly, it's the worse insult by far in this society. So the whole "but if it were the other way around" argument just doesn't hold up.
