Re: Dark leg hair on light skin?
Also - and she'd probably kill me for talking about this assuming the two of you ever met - my sister used to have a bit of a mustache before she got that laser removed. Before the laser treatment, she'd bleach it every couple weeks and that seemed to be the best option she'd found.
But I'm not sure how well bleaching would work for legs. I don't think the black would be an issue (both my sister and I have pretty dark hair), but from my experience hairy legs are noticeable even on blond guys (https://i.warosu.org/data/fa/img/0061/19/1368059380488.jpg). And then I don't think bleaching + shaving would work, because all the new growth would be a different color. :\
