12. I think Nia is more than just a canon sue. She has canon sue qualities but she's not absolutely perfect. And I donno, I've seen more annoying canon sues than her...

16. Kyoya/Haruhi is actually a pretty awesome pairing. They make so much sense together!

25. No, Rinoa had potential. She could have been cool. But the writers were dead set on making her Squall's princess--the one he must save. So much so that they were willing to make the other characters look incompetent to achieve that (so she unfortunately didn‘t get the opportunity to grow and become less annoying). I still remember that part where Galbadia (sp?) attacks Balamb, and she's hanging from the cliff. Zell can't save her? Really? He's a seeD but still has to find Squall? Really? So damn lame.

Yeah, Squall is responsible for the entire Garden, but he has to specifically save her first? Also, later on, when he really does concentrate on her mostly, the others complain about him neglecting his duty to Garden instead (wtf?).

I might have liked the relationship more if it hadn't ruined Squall's character.

That relationship ruined a lot of characters for me. It was like the other characters revolved around Rinoa and Squall's relationship. If the secondary characters are so hard up on Squall's relationship status, can anyone really be surprised about the way Rinoa was written?

A room full of children are dying, but Squall has to go save Rinoa? Fer reals?

It makes me sad, because secretly I love Rinoa. I love her personality, and I think her outfit is so super cute. But everyone dropping their guns and running to her aid (when others needed it more) is what ruined her. She could have grown up. She could have been good, but everything else ruined it. :(
