14. Heh, I noticed the implication too (mostly on the chairman's part though), but I suppose I was far more interested in Osenai's obsession with Chiba, which, sadly, the film didn't delve much deeper into.

Yeah, I was really disappointed that he wasn't in the movie more, just because he was such a complex character that they could've done so much more with him than they did.

I agree that the chairman definitely came off as more homosexual than Osenai--I actually don't think he was really all that gay to begin with. I think the chairman caught him while he was down and struck then. That is, I think Osenai became so obsessed with his own looks and insecurities (that stemmed from Chiba's love for Tokita and not him) that the Chairman told him what he wanted to hear, and from there things just went downhill.
