20. ahahahahahahaha. Hi cftf(or Abby; most likely one of you two).

I have four siblings. My younger brother and I both ship Edge/Fran AND Phoenix/Maya. Chill out -- everyone is allowed to like whatever pairs they want. If someone wants to ship CREEPY PSEUDO INCEST they're allowed to -- no amount of BAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW from you is gonna stop it. Maybe I'll draw porn of them now, just to spite you. Maybe toss Phoenix and Maya in there too.

33. I agree, and disagree with this, really. I personally dislike Fran/Adrian (because... co-dependant woman are fucking psychotic. Anyone who tells you otherwise hasn't been stalked relentlessly by a co-dependant ex-girlfriend).

However -- Fran isn't really manipulative though; she chills out quite a bit in GS3. I say she's better with Gumshoe anyways -- you know, cos he seems to like the whip (or just can't get any more retarded. But he's awesome anyways.)

If anyone WANTS to ship it AS creepy pseudo incest, more fuckin' power to 'em and I hope they have a blast with it. That way it's based on the actual dynamic they have. Still icks me out but then who the fuck cares? A lot of things ick me out.

The reason those pairings piss me off, this one in particular, is because they're treated as romantic pairings to the extent of ignoring the clear and present family relationships. That's what pisses me off. Ship it for what it is and shine on you crazy diamond, but don't ignore what they actually already are.

Seriously though, if a pairing between fictional characters FILLS YOU WITH SUCH BURNING RAGE AURRGGHHH ANONYMOUS SMASH!!! then maybe you need to step away from the computer for a few minutes and go outside. Maybe go to Coldstone Creamery, get a Love It size with every mix-in. Might help you chillax.

Go you indeed.

So here is the "it's just fiction!" and "you need to relax!" argument. Fictional things emotionally affect people, it's what they are designed to do! I refuse to be shamed for being irritated at what I perceive as people missing the point of a whole relationship arc.

I'm perfectly capable of chillaxing, though I do raise an eyebrow very high that you feel it necessary to advise me to do so...? I mean, hell, there doesn't even have to be an argument here anymore.

Yes, fictional things are meant to invoke certain emotions in people. However, if it's a negative emotion... Why don't you just ignore anything that has to do with the couple? Does the mere concept that someone out there at this very moment may be drawing Fran and Edge as lovers while ignoring the concept of them being siblings enrage you to your very core? Cos that sure seems like what your secret is saying.

Nobody is forcing Fran/Edge or even Phoenix/Maya down your throat. If they are? Tell them you don't care for the pair! Tell them to go fuck themselves if it gets that far! I draw TONS of shit my friends don't care for. I don't force it upon them either -- and I expect the same from them.

Either way, Coldstone is the shit and really should try it (with everything).

Ohhh, no, no. Not at all. It just ticks me off when I see it/it comes up in conversation. I don't just randomly sit around thinking "God damn, Fran/Edgey is SO FUCKING TERRIBLE! ARGHBLARGH, ANON KEEEELLL PUNY SHIPPERS!!". Just, when I see it, I get annoyed. And made that secret at such a time, since that's when I was thinking about it.

I have a Cold Stone near my house, actually! It is indeed the shit.
