Sounds like regular size condoms should work.

no, no bc yet. im in the process of getting the shot but thats it.

the guy im with requires a lot of pressure to get off (i always finish him off with a handjob because of it) so while im hesitant to think we're THAT rough on the condom, we might be?? i'll probably mention it to my doctor when i go in for birth control

Sounds like your guy is doing the death-squeeze when he masturbates. If he wants to change that (needing lots of pressure to get off), he'll have to go cold turkey on all masturbation for a few weeks and try to reset his dick sensitivity. Difficult, but worth a try because you don't really want to choke the chicken that hard, it decreases sensitivity and that's no fun.
