What is the most gratuitous self indulgent (and probably self insert) fic you have ever read (and let's be honest, it wasn't for the "lulz"; you straight up enjoyed that shit)?

I've read numerous fic that were ridiculous just because they've had my kinks in them. This includes RPF and bandom, and some things that were just not well written at all.

I hear you. I read all 26 chapters of "On The Set" and I don't even like Alan Rickman that much. Sure do like spanking and ageplay, though.

On the author's part, probably "My Inner Life" (Zelda fanfic). It was fucking awful but bile fascination kept me reading.
