On the flip side I guess, now deceased Jimmy Saville got away with it for years. Personally I always thought he was a creep when he was still alive. Now I *wish* the worst thing about him anyone could say is "he was a bit creepy" :\

Good point, but then when Saville was found out, he was rightfully shat on by the public, he barely got any sympathy at all from what i saw. And according to the acccusations about Cosby, he was getting away with this for a long time as well. Again, feel free to prove me wrong if I'm missing something.

Well, Savile was posthumously shat upon, so it probably didn't mean much to him at that point :-(

Creepy rapists are creepy rapists no matter what their age, but I wonder if sometimes there's a special brand of loathing reserved for older men who've been found out. Part ageism, part extra-disgust-because-you've-been-doing-it-for-so-long.
