Everyone else started up the process for employment, I wasn't invited to that.

What? That sucks. Well, if you get your certification you should still be able to apply to various paid-preparer companies, I'd think. I don't really know how the process works, but if you are certified as a paid preparer, it helps, doesn't it?

Maybe. I dunno if I'd want the job, though, doing taxes is a nightmare and seasonal work would do more harm than good anyway.
